Job Description :
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including local government, local organizations, and potential Sustainable Business Ecosystem (SBE) partners.
- Lead front-end communication to Konstelasi’s stakeholders.
- Implement engagement activities with primary stakeholders/Cohorts.
- Facilitate networking between cohorts and external entities based on their needs and problems.
- Manage the entire project management process for established collaborative activities.
- Document participation in identifying and engaging with assigned stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the database.
- Program Support (Value Chain Collaboration Cohort & Venture Building):
- Conduct in-depth research on commodity demand, including quality standards and market analysis.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with third parties for data gathering.
- Assist in documenting collaborations with local heroes, middle players, and stakeholders, including drafting essential points for MoUs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating engagement activities such as kick-off meetings, gatherings, and FGDs.
- Support the coordination and monitoring of Venture Building and project development activities with stakeholders.
- Participate in regular check-ins for risk mitigation and contribute to discussions on issues and bottlenecks.
- Establish a relay system for project continuity and maintain well-written progress records.
- Assist in compiling market research and business impact analysis reports to support the identification of promising venture build opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of a database of potential portfolio companies, including key details.
- Assist with due diligence processes for portfolio companies, including risk assessments and recommendations.
- Contribute to regularly updated reports on portfolio company performance, including key metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Support the development of a knowledge management system and assist with documentation for impact reporting processes.
- Strategic and Operational Support:
- Provide strategic inputs and analysis to support program planning and ecosystem initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic documents (e.g., ecosystem roadmaps, partnership strategies).
- Participate in high-level discussions and assist in aligning operational activities with long-term strategic goals.
- Provide operational and administrative support for ecosystem initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Equatora Capital team to assist in tracking progress towards investable metrics and outcomes.
- Develop and implement any external-facing events or projects related to the Konstelasi Accelerator courses or programmes.
