Ensure project execution aligns with Equatora’s investment logic and Konstelasi Accelerator’s framework.
Lead tactical and ad-hoc projects with direct relevance to investment operations and value delivery.
Build internal knowledge databases and contribute to organisation-wide learning.
Capture insights from projects to refine Equatora’s strategies and operational playbooks.
Translate strategic direction into executable investment operations.
Conduct stakeholder mapping to support business development and capital partnerships.
Assist in shaping profitable investment models and identifying key growth levers
Support business models to drive measurable success.

➔ Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
3–5 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting.
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
Solid understanding of business model design, financial fundamentals, and value creation strategy.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, adaptive, and output-oriented environment.
Knowledge of or exposure to the startup ecosystem, government stakeholders, or development/philanthropy sector.
Experience in brand building, stakeholder engagement, or sustainability-related projects.
Highly adaptive, iterative, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Data-driven and analytical in approach to problem-solving.
Able to inspire and align multiple stakeholders around shared goals.
