About the role

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator with strong language skills, sound judgement, and excellent organisational capabilities to support the effective coordination and delivery of SFIA's programmes and projects. The role involves organising meetings and stakeholder engagements, preparing and maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, supporting testing and implementation activities, and providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support.

Given the pace and nature of our work, the ideal candidate is efficient, responsive to changing circumstances, and able to process information quickly and translate it into clear deliverables. This is a role for a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Board activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing and circulating meeting materials, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating meeting logistics in support of sustainable finance initiatives at the ASEAN level.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organised project, programme, and corporate records, ensuring documents are readily accessible and up to date.
  • Prepare deliverables, including reports, minutes, presentations, and papers.
  • Support the monitoring of project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for a technology platform, including maintaining project documents, trackers, datasets, testing records, and other related materials.
  • Coordinate platform-related meetings, testing activities, and engagement with vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders, including scheduling and following up on agreed action items.
  • Support other team members across various areas as needed.

Profile

About you

  • A bachelor's degree is desirable but not required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and diplomacy skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Proven ability to coordinate people, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • An interest in sustainable finance, climate change, or other ESG-related topics is a plus.
