Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As an Assurance Specialist, you will manage and oversee assurance services aligned with SRP standards, analyze performance data, and create actionable insights. You will support the development and implementation of auditing processes and ensure adherence to compliance frameworks. Effective communication with stakeholders and contribution to strategic decision-making will also be integral to the role.

Profile

Qualifications

Proficiency in Assurance Services and reviewing procedures to maintain compliance with standards.
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills in English to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively.
Understanding of Finance and the ability to review and interpret Financial Statements.
Proven experience in quality assurance or compliance roles, preferably in the agricultural, environmental, or sustainability sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Certification system or a related field; familiar with ISEAL Codes is benefit.
Ability to work independently and manage workflows in a hybrid work environment.
