➔ Description of the mission

Sustainao is a boutique sustainability consulting firm based in Singapore. We help organisations translate sustainability into clear strategies and everyday actions—creating clarity, progress, and impact at every level.

We are looking for a motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team. You will play an active role in delivering sustainability projects, conducting research and analysis, and supporting clients in embedding sustainability across their operations.

Responsibilities:

· Support the delivery of sustainability consulting services for Sustainao’s clients

· Conduct industry benchmarking and gap analysis

· Collect ESG metrics and create dashboards

· Calculate GHG emissions

· Draft sustainability-related policies and reports

· Prepare ESG ratings such as CDP and EcoVadis

· Build and maintain relationships with clients

· Assist with internal projects, administrative tasks, and ad hoc assignments

➔ Profile

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of relevant experience in sustainability consulting

· Experience or knowledge related to topics such as: sustainability reporting l GRI Standards l carbon accounting l GHG Protocol l CDP l IFRS l DEI l human rights l ESG ratings l sustainability assurance

· Passionate about sustainability and its practical application in business

· Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environment, accountancy or equivalent

· Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
