And now, we’re looking for a passionate Sustainability Admin Executive — someone who loves structure, enjoys supporting teams, and cares deeply about positive environmental impact.

Why this role matters

Every document you prepare, every report you help compile, every presentation you assist with — these are the small gears that keep our energy efficiency projects moving. And those projects save buildings millions in electricity, while significantly reducing their carbon footprint.

Your admin work contributes to real, measurable environmental change.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting project teams with admin, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and presentations — all within the world of energy efficiency and green transformation.

• Comfortable with Canva (simple visuals), Google Workspace, documentation and coordination
