Job Description
Field Production Manager
- Manage assigned field production areas.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of field seed production techniques to ensure that production meets market and customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to seed growers.
- Manage assigned territories, interacting with farmers and team leaders to set and achieve targets.
- Maintain, develop, and refine seed production areas, introducing new varieties and expanding into new regions as needed.
