Job Description

Field Production Manager

  • Manage assigned field production areas.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of field seed production techniques to ensure that production meets market and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to seed growers.
  • Manage assigned territories, interacting with farmers and team leaders to set and achieve targets.
  • Maintain, develop, and refine seed production areas, introducing new varieties and expanding into new regions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of field seed production.
  • Experience in field seed production or quality management is a plus.
  • Technical expertise in field seed production.
  • Willingness to travel and support other regions during peak seasons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-discipline.
  • Ability to handle field-related risks and uncertainties.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments and external factors.
