Key Responsibilities :
· Provide general administrative support to the Business Development (BD) team, helping to maintain smooth daily operations.
· Assist with organizing, formatting, and filing internal documents and reports.
· Coordinate scheduling, meeting arrangements, and calendar updates for team activities.
· Take and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for internal and external meetings, ensuring clarity and timely distribution.
· Help manage digital filing systems, including uploading and organizing documents in SharePoint.
· Track the status of outgoing documents and follow up as needed.
· Support the preparation of presentation materials and meeting agendas.
· Assist in processing administrative requests such as printing, scanning, and formatting reports or forms.
· Perform basic data entry and maintain internal databases related to clients, projects, or document logs.
· Collaborate with other team members to improve administrative systems and streamline documentation processes.
· Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and travel arrangements as requested by managers or team leads.
Experience & Education:
A student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
· Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
· Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive) is a plus.
· Interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced, sustainability-focused work environment.

Office introduction:
• Location: Our subsidiary office is located near 130 Trần Não, Phường An Khánh, Thủ Đức, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Work Arrangement: Candidates must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
