Scope of Work :

  • Control and manage office procedures and operations related to GA & IT properly
  • Initiate system for procurement and maintenance Company Assets, equipment's & office building
  • Analyzing the needs of office facilities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the work environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company).
  • Ensure software, IT networking & IT support working properly
  • Responsible for development and maintain standard & policies (SOP) for GA & IT
  • Responsible for employee satisfaction with GA & IT facilities (handling complaints; analyze IT ticketing)
  • Initiate and control budget for GA & IT
  • Create strategy to make running projects in GA & IT more efficient & effective
  • Ensuring good service from selected vendors by analyze existing & prospective vendors
  • Create an effective & efficient way to control and manage schedule the work of GA&IT Team, include Helper/OB & Driver
  • Create weekly report for GA & IT works
  • As Point of Communication to Management related GA & IT
Profile

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT (preferred), Business Administration & Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in a General Affairs in management level
  • Strong understanding of office procedures and operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Plus Point if you :

  • 2 - 3 years of experience handling projects for GA or IT
  • Having experience managing Google Workspace
  • Experience for IT Infrastructure (preferred using Linux)
