Job Description :

Leading the operations and project team of Synkrona, a respected Consulting Firm in Indonesia, specializing in Renewable Energy, Electricity, and other Power & Energy related consulting.

This job will directly report to the BOD in day-to-day basis

Scope Of Work :

Lead Business Operation aspects of Synkrona, including Balance sheet management, Legal compliance, Resource management, Key stakeholder management, Project delivery excellence
Plan and execute delivery excellence of simultaneous projects through KPI’s aspects, including HSE, Contractual compliance, Quality of product & services, and Cash flow
Manage good relationships with operations and project stakeholders by demonstrating excellent commitment, communication, and consistency.
Identify and be hands-on with the critical process of the business operation as needed to address foreseen challenges.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably in Power / Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years experience in the Project Management and/or Technical role specifically for Consulting Projects in the Renewable Energy Industry, with a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Manager.
Experienced in the Business Operations aspect of a company at a leader/manager level
Experienced as a vocal point to the client during the planning and execution phase as per contractual scope.
Familiar with project methodology and critical areas for consulting services including Feasibility Study, Grid Study, Engineering Design (FEED / DED), and Owner Engineer / PMC services.
Familiar with contractual legal process and cash flow management of a project
Mastery of business communication tools utilization such as slide decks, written reports, spreadsheet database, and project management software
Demonstrate leadership quality and interpersonal skill

Related work experience in power plant consultancy project
PMP certificate
English certificate (TOEFL >550)

Agile
Good communication, planning and time management skills
Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
