Scope of Work:

Manage Services team (including O&M team, Site Coordinators, Commissioning team, and Project Controller/Admin).
Support on technical & non-technical aspects of O&M related works.
Coordinate troubleshoots and maintenance on existing projects with Site Coordinators.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the services division to achieve business goals.
Communication with EPC team to perform retention period & commissioning activities.
Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of technician and helper needs for Operations & Maintenance activities and also construction, including recruitment, deployment, and performance management to meet project timelines and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Min. 10 years field experience with min 3 years experiences managerial level
Understands electrical engineering and energy conversion
Understands Project Management, Supervision, Reporting, and Mentoring
Experienced in Field Services. Proficient in utilizing Electrical Test Equipments
Proficient in English and MS Office Softwares
