- Manages both internal and external communications, including developing the content for and producing written and visual communications.
- The internal portion of the work is focused on company-wide communications to employees related to organization values/strategy/performance and employee programs, policies, and tools.
- Manages the organization's day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services.
- Advises top management on development of communications policies and advertising programs, and the management of public relations issues.
- Create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.
- Manage external communicate with the media and other interested parties for announce of business news and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.
