Tanoto Foundation Indonesia has grown in term of activities, grant size and the number of staff in the last few years. Alongside with that growth, Tanoto Foundation had evolve to focus and balancing out between program implementation and advocacy. The number of our beneficiaries also growing in all over Indonesia. As Such, we are looking for a Manager to help us position Tanoto Foundation strategically within the broader ecosystem of external stakeholders—beyond direct program and advocacy priorities—to enhance influence, reputation, and long-term partnerships.

Focus area:

  • Strategic External Partnerships: Engage key external stakeholders to strengthen ecosystem positioning and collaboration.
  • Sponsorship & Requests Review: Assess and recommend on sponsorships and external engagement requests.
  • Special Initiatives: Manage discretionary initiatives, including scholarships and ad-hoc engagements.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate TF’s engagement in emergency or humanitarian situations.
