About the role
Tara Foundation is seeking energetic and dedicated Teachers to join our Tuition Centers. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality primary and secondary education to students, as well as managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the centres.
Successful candidates will be based at the following locations:
- Kuala Kubu Bharu
- Kapar, Klang
- Kota Damansara.
What you'll be doing :
- Responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students in line with the curriculum
- Provide individualised attention and tailored instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs and help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to students and parents to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center, ensuring efficient scheduling, effective resource management, and proper upkeep of facilities.
