Tarumanagara University (UNTAR) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Finance Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily financial and accounting administrative processes
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents accurately
Support budgeting, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities
Assist in taxation administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Perform accounting processes related to the full accounting cycle
Input and manage financial data using accounting software and internal systems
Coordinate with related units to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all financial processes

Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance professional
Understanding of taxation, budgeting, and the full accounting cycle
Experienced in using accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Honest, detail-oriented, meticulous, organized, and efficient in handling work
Possess strong work ethics and responsibility
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
