JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of work: Employer Branding & Communications (70%) and Talent Acquisition (30%)
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding campaigns aimed at reaching talent in the education and social impact sectors.
- Manage social media channels, career websites, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values.
- Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, universities, and recruitment platforms.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding activities, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent.
- Coach and develop the TA & EB team.
Impact Communications:
- Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies aimed at achieving organizational objectives (e.g., Digital Fundraising, Impact Stories, etc.).
- Act as the communication hub, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across all activities and projects.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners through monthly newsletters and annual reports.
- Coordinate and execute a content calendar (social media, web, email) that highlights stories of impact from fellows, students, and rural communities.
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process.
