Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Trainer at Tech for Kids Academy located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, developing curriculum, assessing student progress, and mentoring other trainers. The Lead Trainer will play a key role in shaping the educational experience for students and ensuring they acquire essential skills for the digital age.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and delivering training sessions
Knowledge of educational curriculum development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and lead a team of trainers
Passion for technology education and working with children
Experience in STEM education is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, or related field
