➔ Description of the mission

About Us

TECHCOOP is at the forefront of digital innovation in agriculture, offering a B2B platform that provides end-to-end solutions tailored for export-oriented supply chains. The platform empowers Agri-MSMEs and farmer clubs — critical stakeholders in Vietnam’s agriculture sector — through comprehensive services such as technology enablement, product traceability, flexible payment terms, and enhanced market access for commercialising agricultural goods.

Earlier this year, we had successfully closed a landmark $70 million Series A funding round, one of the largest Series A investments in Southeast Asia's agricultural technology sector to date.

We are a passionate, fast-moving startup backed by leading investors, and we're building a platform from the ground up. We believe in empowering our people to do their best work, and we're looking for foundational members to join us on this incredible journey.

About the Program

We are launching a strategic Management Trainee Program designed for the next generation of leaders from our key agricultural partners. This immersive program provides trainees with unparalleled corporate exposure, hands-on experience across various business functions, and dedicated mentorship. Our goal is to equip them with the modern business skills needed to lead their family enterprises into the future, strengthening our long-term, strategic partnerships.

The Role

As the Program Manager, you will be the heart and soul of this new initiative. You will own the entire trainee experience from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and impactful journey for our participants. You will be the central point of contact, connecting our trainees, internal department leaders, and external partners to make this program a resounding success.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of the Management Trainee program, including onboarding, day-to-day activities, and graduation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between trainees, department heads, mentors, and sponsors to ensure smooth rotations and meaningful project work.
  • Trainee Support & Mentorship: Serve as the main point of contact for the trainee cohort, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their personal and professional growth.
  • Logistics & Event Planning: Manage all program logistics, including scheduling training sessions, organizing leadership Q&A's, coordinating factory visits, and planning social bonding events.
  • Communications: Develop and manage a clear communication rhythm, including providing progress updates to internal leadership and our external partners (e.g., parental communications).
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Implement and analyze feedback mechanisms, like pulse surveys, to consistently measure program success and identify areas for improvement.

➔ Profile

What We're Looking For Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or a similar role, with direct experience running internship, rotational, or management trainee programs.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Vietnamese. You can confidently present to leaders and build rapport with young professionals.
  • Organization: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without missing a beat.
  • Autonomy: A proactive, self-starting mindset. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a new program.
  • Relationship Building: A natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
