Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outbound Sales Specialist at Terra Water Indonesia. The role is located in Bali, with clients all over the island and if you stay with the company there will be opportunities to expand into the rest of Indonesia. This role requires weekly office meetings and sales calls outside of the office. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, responding to inbound leads, closing sales and managing business relationships. Compensation includes a base salary and a commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to demonstrate product technology and Unique Selling Proposition (USP) after training period
  • Proactively seek outbound leads, and follow up on inbound leads
  • Follow up on client activities through email, client chat, phone to provide exceptional customer support, cross and upselling opportunities
  • Meet weekly sales targets and create weekly reports
  • Report field weekly observations to management to improve existing sales strategy
  • Communicate with potential clients and demonstrate how our products work
  • Commit to weekly meetings with terra in-office team
Profile

Qualifications

  • Professional Outbound Sales and Lead Generation acumen
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven to hit or exceed sales targets - we will check references
  • Proven ability to build and maintain people and business relationships
  • 3-5 years in hospitality, F&B or B2B sales
  • Proficient English and Bahasa Indonesian, written and spoken
  • Bonus: SIM A Drivers License, but not required
  • This person should be trustworthy, honest, a hard worker and a sales Rockstar
