Position Overview:
As the Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will be hands-on, addressing real-time production issues, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining optimal process flow. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting and resolving challenges that may arise during production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize plant operations to ensure efficient production of Biochar.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including misaligned conveyors, jams, and unexpected bottlenecks.
- Implement and oversee maintenance schedules to keep equipment in peak condition.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor plant staff on best practices and operational protocols.
