Job Summary
The Solutions Sales Support Specialist is responsible for leading sales support activities that require strong portfolio knowledge and aligning with market operational plans. This role supports the deployment of Service Solutions, drives business growth, and ensures compliance with corporate standards and frameworks.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales support activities aligned with Market Operational Plans in collaboration with Market Operations Portfolio teams and Services organization
- Support implementation of Service Solutions within the 3-Year Plan and proactively identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Lead sales support during the sales process by developing value propositions and delivering customer presentations aligned to client needs
- Ensure all offerings comply with corporate guidelines, including pricing, commercial terms, and legal frameworks
- Provide guidance on technical scope, financial structuring, and complex solution quotations
- Track proposals and follow up with sales teams to capture new business opportunities
- Support Market Operations with full portfolio scope and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity of sales support delivery
- Lead promotion of Service Solutions portfolio through seminars, workshops, customer visits, and customized sales materials in collaboration with Product Specialists and Product Managers
- Support Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) processes including product development, localization, and deployment
- Ensure effective communication and alignment with internal stakeholders (Services and Market Operations) and external suppliers to support both operational execution and business development initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver training/workshops on services products and processes to sales and delivery teams
- Contribute to process improvements and provide input for policy development while supporting the Sales Support Manager when required
- Analyze business performance and conduct annual pricing and margin simulations, recommending actions to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Govern contract creation in SAP, ensuring accurate allocation of revenue across categories and monitoring contract performance against budget
- Ensure compliance with legal and commercial policies, manage documentation tracking, and support audit requirements
