Description of the mission

Duties & Responsibilities

Mission 1: Entrepreneur Network Management

Apply good practices and guidelines across all sites; conduct monthly on-site coaching
Organize and implement monthly entrepreneur training
Analyze station KPIs and advise entrepreneurs on kiosk performance
Advise on sales development and ensure marketing guidelines are properly implemented
Develop smooth communication between local authorities, community, schools, and entrepreneurs
Ensure water treatment, hygiene, and sanitation standards are respected

Mission 2: Collection & Operations

Collect and enter station data into dedicated software
Manage materials for site production (filters, reagents, plastic seals, film, jugs, etc.) and marketing materials (logos, leaflets, banners, etc.)
Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Profile

Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

Experience: 5+ years as field facilitator, advisor, or sales/marketing officer

Skills:

Age up to 28
Excellent communication skills, especially with local authorities
Strong ethical values
Willingness to travel provincially ~80% of the time
Previous experience as a trainer is a plus
