➔ Description of the mission

During the internship, the intern will learn and practice on:

ESP portfolio: update, maintain, presentations preparation
ESP events organization: meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other ESP events preparation including scheduling, participant registration, materials preparation, photocopy documentation, and meeting minutes
Translation and proofreading between Vietnamese and English

➔ Profile

Minimum requirements:

Vietnamese citizens in the last year of their bachelor’s degree study or newly graduated students within 6 months upon commencement of the internship;
Majoring in social science, sociology, sustainable development, international relations or similar are preferred;
Interest in and basic understanding about the energy sector and/or in development cooperation is an asset;
Eager to learn and develop skills in a professional environment;
Proficiency with MS Office;
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese;
Good communication skills;
Ability to do multi-tasks, work independently and efficiently.
