DevCAFE is recruiting a Country Liaison Officer / Event Coordinator (Consultant) to support delivery of a regional TVET–industry partnership event in Cambodia.This consultancy role supports local coordination and stakeholder engagement for a structured event connecting TVET institutions with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary in-country liaison between DevCAFE, host institutions, companies, and vendors
Coordinate venue, suppliers, and logistical arrangements
Support outreach to private sector participants
Assist in facilitating structured matching sessions
Ensure safeguarding and inclusive participation measures
Ensure complete event documentation, including attendance tracking, vendor compliance documents, photo documentation for reporting, and reporting inputs
Provide real-time troubleshooting during event implementation
Support post-event follow-up and partnership tracking

Profile

Qualifications

Based in Cambodia
Experience coordinating workshops, forums, or stakeholder events
Knowledge of the education/TVET or private sector landscape preferred
Strong organizational skills
Working proficiency in English
