The Eco Shift® is looking for a Retail & Brand Experience Supervisor to help us strengthen our physical retail presence and deliver an excellent, consistent brand experience across our stores and retail partners.

This is not simply a store-supervision role.

We are looking for someone who can walk into a retail location and immediately see:

Is the store selling? Is the team performing? Are our bestsellers available? Does the display look right? Are customers receiving the experience our brand promises? What needs to happen next?

If you enjoy being in the field, working with people, solving problems and turning retail insights into action, this role may be for you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

You will oversee the execution and performance of our physical retail network, including company stores, retail partners, counters, pop-ups and other physical selling locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring store sales performance and taking action when targets are not being met

• Supervising, coaching and monitoring Beauty Ambassadors and retail personnel

• Driving sales productivity, upselling, cross-selling and product focus at store level

• Ensuring an excellent and consistent customer and brand experience

• Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Monitoring inventory, replenishment requirements and potential stock-outs

• Coordinating with Supply Chain and Fulfillment on retail inventory requirements

• Supporting new store openings, ingress, pop-ups and retail activations

• Coordinating operational requirements with retail partners and store management

• Conducting regular store visits and retail audits

• Ensuring campaigns, promotions, pricing and merchandising materials are correctly executed

• Gathering customer and frontline insights that can help improve products, promotions and retail execution

• Preparing accurate retail performance reports and recommending clear actions to Management

YOU’LL LEAD OUR FRONTLINE TEAM

Our Beauty Ambassadors are one of the most important connections between our brand and our customers.

You will help make sure they:

• Understand our products and brand

• Know their individual and store sales targets

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Maintain our retail and merchandising standards

• Receive regular coaching and feedback

• Are held accountable for performance, attendance and execution

We are looking for someone who can be supportive with people while remaining firm about standards and results.

THIS IS CURRENTLY A NATIONAL ROLE

At our current stage of growth, one Retail & Brand Experience Supervisor will initially oversee our Philippine retail operations.

This means the role requires regular fieldwork within Metro Manila and periodic travel to different parts of the Philippines depending on business requirements.

As our physical retail network expands, this function is expected to be divided into regional territories.

The person joining us today therefore has an opportunity to grow with the organization and potentially take on broader retail leadership responsibilities as the team expands, subject to performance and organizational needs.

Profile

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We would love to meet someone with:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail operations, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, fashion, FMCG or another consumer-facing industry

• Experience supervising Beauty Ambassadors, promoters, sales associates or other frontline retail personnel

• Strong understanding of sales targets and retail performance

• Ability to analyze store results and turn numbers into action

• Good visual merchandising and customer experience instincts

• Strong organization and follow-through

• Confidence coaching people and holding them accountable

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple stores, priorities and deadlines

• Willingness to spend significant time in the field rather than working exclusively from the office

DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED

A valid Philippine driver’s license and the ability to confidently drive independently are required for this position.

A company vehicle will be provided for authorized business travel.

Actual fuel, tolls and parking expenses incurred for official company business will be covered/reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
