Your Mission: As our Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in agriculture and plantation management, digital strategy, and retail. You’ll assist the CEO in all aspects of project proposals, documentation, and processes, ensuring seamless execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across agriculture, digital strategy, and retail sectors.
  • Assist the CEO in the preparation, documentation, and management of project proposals and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in each sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and results.
  • Independently and actively monitor the business environment (such as regulations) and provide market intelligence.
  • Proactively meet new people, understand new business models, and provide actionable solutions.
Profile

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape in agriculture, digital strategy, and retail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Proactive individual who derives motivation and energy from meeting new people, understanding new business models, and providing actionable solutions.
  • Ability to independently and actively monitor the business environment (such as regulations) and provide market intelligence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
