Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead independent, high-impact research projects on youth development and social policy, encompassing methodological design, data analysis, and the production of reports and policy recommendations.
Moderate and engage a network of think tank members, facilitating idea exchanges and collaborative policy discussions to sharpen the organization's research output.
Lead press briefings and manage the dissemination of research findings across various communication platforms.
Represent the organization in external forums and stakeholder meetings, translating findings into actionable policy agendas that drive social change.
Design and execute meaningful engagement activities to ensure research is grounded in the lived experiences of young people and relevant to the community.

Profile

Entry Requirements:

Study Fields：

A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Public Policy, Sociology, Journalism, Social Work, or related disciplines)
Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting and managing research initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Solid foundation in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in SPSS and other data analysis tools
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights from the audience’s perspective
Problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to evaluate options and consult with senior staff in a timely manner
Experience in youth engagement and stakeholder coordination is highly desirable
