The Medical City Ortigas is currently in search of a proficient TRAINING SPECIALIST:

The ideal candidate reports training outcomes, analysis, and recommendations to promote continuous improvement of materials, delivery and other training requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates hospital-wide behavioral and leadership learning and development programs through a comprehensive training needs assessment and plan that will equip employees towards optimum performance.
Produces comprehensive training reports and presentations for excellent presentation of data to different audiences.
Establishes professional relationships and connections with departments and external training providers in identifying appropriate learning and development programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

A graduate of a four (4) year degree program in Business Administration, Education, Human Resource Development, Management, Psychology, Nursing, or any other related business or allied health courses.
With at least three (3) years’ experience in Learning and Development
With extensive knowledge on hospital related trainings and programs.
