Job Description – Social Outreach Executive
1. Planning (40%)
- Collaborate with Account, Planning, and Business Development teams to develop Social Outreach strategies for new and existing clients.
- Support the creation of outreach plans that align with client goals and campaign objectives.
- Propose suitable influencer channels (KOLs, KOCs, Communities) and detailed activation strategies for campaigns.
2. Project Execution & Management (60%)
a. Campaign Management
- Take full ownership of executing Social Outreach campaigns, including coordination with influencers, communities, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality performance.
- Work closely with the Account team to monitor performance, optimize content formats and outreach tactics to maximize engagement and reach.
- Identify and onboard potential KOLs and rising creators across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, KPIs, and client expectations.
b. Third-Party & Vendor Coordination
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and vendors to enhance collaboration efficiency.
- Negotiate fees, contracts, and payment terms with vendors and partners for each project or long-term cooperation.
c. Documentation & Internal Operations
- Work with the Business and Finance teams to manage contracts, payments, and documentation related to influencers and suppliers.
- Track project budgets and cash flow to ensure profit optimization.
- Prepare reports and financial summaries as requested by the Operations Director.
