Description of the mission

The Senior Executive, Outreach will advance the foundation’s prevention initiatives to improve kidney health and wellbeing in at-risk populations. This role requires strategic thinking, programme coordination, and the ability to collaborate across healthcare, government, and community sectors. The ideal candidate is comfortable using data to guide decisions, track outcomes, and enhance programme impact, and is passionate about making a tangible difference in preventive health.

Programme Leadership & Implementation:

  • Develop and implement prevention and outreach initiatives to strengthen community engagement and improve kidney health outcomes.
  • Ensure programmes are evidence-based, sustainable, and aligned with organisational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clusters, general practitioners, government agencies, social service organisations, and grassroots partners.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration to increase reach and engage at-risk populations.

Data-Driven Insights & Evaluation:

  • Collect, analyse, and visualise data to identify gaps, understand community needs, and inform programme decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, providing regular updates on key metrics and outcomes.

Profile

Qualifications

Degree in Communication, Business or any health-related discipline.

Experience

  • A background in public health, healthcare management, or community and social service settings, ideally with exposure to integrated care and community health initiatives.
  • Experience in building and maintaining multi-sector partnerships.

Soft Skills

  • Project Management: Able to manage multiple programmes and ensure timely execution.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analyses challenges, develops solutions, and translates strategies into actionable plans.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Partnership Development: Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Collaboration: Works independently and as part of a team.
