Development Officer (Ref.: TDO - CADP)
(Working Location: Tsz Wan Shan) (2-years Contract)
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement operational training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to perform effectively and minimize operational risks;
Design and implement development-oriented training programs for senior management in line with corporate strategies and support the development of identified high-potential middle management;
Establish a staff self-learning management system to promote continuous learning;
Organize holistic wellness and staff engagement activities to strengthen staff belonging and commitment; and
Support the agency and service units in developing frameworks for impact analysis and effectiveness studies to enhance corporate’s professional image and competitiveness.
