About the Internship

As a Corporate Partnerships Intern at The Red Pencil (Singapore), you will provide support to the Corporate

Partnerships department. You will be reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager.

The Corporate Partnerships Intern will support the team in various aspects of donor engagement and fundraising.

This will includes conducting donor research, preparing proposals, participate in corporate outreach activities, event coordination events, maintaining donor databases, and assisting in campaign communications.

This role offers valuable exposure to public and corporate fundraising within the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct research on potential donors, corporate sponsors, and funding opportunities.

· Assist in the preparation of grant applications, fundraising proposals, and donor outreach materials.

· Support the planning, organisation, and execution of fundraising events and campaigns (both online and offline).

· Prepare and send thank you and tax deduction Maintain and update donor records in the donation management system (Ka-Ching).

· Provide administrative support to the corporate partnerships team as required.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align fundraising initiatives and collaboration

opportunities with organisational goals.

· Contribute to the development of marketing and communication materials to promote fundraising efforts.
