Company Description

The Safe Space Foundation is an organization in Singapore that focuses on empowering the underserved community with the necessary resources to overcome their mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. Our goal is to provide mental health education, individual & family counseling & coaching services, and community support systems to the marginalized groups, including youths, persons with disabilities & caregivers, and women.

Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for engaging and retaining individual and corporate donors, developing fundraising campaigns, and organizing fundraising events. The role will require the Fundraiser to be in the Singapore office some days of the week, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Non-Profit Fundraising and fund management experience, with a proven track record of acquiring and retaining donors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including other fundraisers, program staff, and volunteers
Strong writing skills, including grant writing and proposal development
Experience with donor management systems and fundraising software
Knowledge of mental health and related issues would be beneficial
Bachelor's degree in a related field
