Profile

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our community, and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to promote Peacehaven’s services and initiatives.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Plan and execute events from conception to delivery and able to work on some weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and content creation.
  • Track record of event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
