Responsibility
- Raise awareness and generate demand for communities of people to recycle with Trash Lucky
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, launch, and run highly participated recycling programs for schools, offices, residences, and local communities
- Collaborate with sponsors to design and coordinate recycling programs
- Plan, create, and distribute offline and online content (Thai and English) in various formats to increase awareness and participation in Trash Lucky
- Analyze, identify, report, and resolve the bottleneck in the customer conversion funnel and customer retention
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to recycling programs to ensure growth in participation and satisfaction of stakeholders
- Generate reports and presentations to update the performance of recycling programs to stakeholders
- Assist in special projects and tasks as needed
