Work Environment:

  • Regular workdays run from roughly 1700ss – 0200 (PH Time) to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, as well as set up and maintain work files
  • Willingness to work 4 hours per day; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year.

Responsibilites

Product Development:

  • Assist in backlog grooming by organizing and prioritizing user stories, epics, and sprint tasks
  • Support the Product Manager in tracking sprint velocity, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to execute product launches
  • Help document features and user stories for smooth handover to the development team
  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders to refine features and optimize workflows

Product Research:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Analyze product usage data and customer behavior to inform strategy
  • Support in defining product initiatives and feature scopes based on research findings
  • Assist in user research activities (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to uncover unmet needs
  • Prepare research documentation, presentations, and internal reports to support product decisions

Profile

Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):

  • College students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Top-of-the-class candidates, with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 1.25/5.0 or equivalent, to ensure high academic achievement.
  • Excellent performance in coursework related to data analysis, market research, and product/project management is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics:

  • Solid analytical and research abilities; able to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Basic understanding of agile development and product management life cycles
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas across development and research workstreams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
