Description of the mission

Responsibilities

  • Execute technical due diligence and owner’s engineering for wind and solar projects, including desktop analysis and site inspections.
  • Prepare detailed reports in English following an academic consulting style.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across the region, explaining and simplifying technical concepts (primarily electrical).
  • Perform conceptual design and energy evaluations for renewable energy projects.
  • Integrate continuous improvement practices into all aspects of work.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned, which may fall outside core technical expertise.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering in Electrical, Civil, or related discipline
  • Strong learning agility and an open mindset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the wind and/or solar industry; experience in technical due diligence is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex engineering, construction, and operational concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam and ASEAN countries (up to 40%).
