Learning and Capacity Development
People & Culture Data Analysis

Minimum Requirements

Education: An Advanced University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology, social sciences or another related field is required.
Work Experience: At least 8 (eight) years of relevant work experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.

Desirables

Experience in leading office-wide efforts on staff relations and workplace culture is highly desirable.
Experience in supporting the implementation of organizational change management processes is highly desirable.
Prior experience leading a human resources function, including supervising a team is highly desirable.
Prior work experience in the UN Common System is an asset.
