Scope of Work

Developing a creative concept and script in consultation with the project teams.

Filming and editing a 5 minutes video that effectively conveys the key messages.

Conducting interviews with survivors with burl face, example of neighbor blaming to victim and community leader that interaction of the process of finding the referral system for help victim.

Ensuring high-quality visual, sound and subtitles ( in Khmer and English).

Providing a final version of the video in different format suitable for online and offline dissemination.

Target Audience

Required Qualification and Experience of the Service Provider
The service provider will be required to have the following:
More than 5 years experiences working in similar field (15%).
Extensive experience in producing development work related document and or documentary for NGO with the aim of reaching local and international audience (25%).
Experience in working with NGO both local or international (15%).
Excellent photograph and video editing skill and experience (15%).
Experience in development communication (20%).
