About the role

Urban Air Design Limited is seeking a Senior Account Manager / Project Manager – Corporate Communications & ESG to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in our Quarry Bay office in the Eastern District. In this strategic role, you will oversee the management of key client accounts whilst directing integrated corporate communications and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. You will be instrumental in delivering compelling brand narratives and sustainable business solutions that drive client success and demonstrate measurable impact across our portfolio of accounts.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end account delivery for corporate communications and ESG projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards and client satisfaction
  2. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  3. Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, defining scope, timelines, resource allocation and deliverables
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, writers, strategists and digital specialists to execute integrated campaigns
  5. Oversee budget management, project profitability and resource utilisation across assigned accounts
  6. Conduct regular client reviews and presentations, communicating project progress, results and strategic recommendations
  7. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and the development of new service offerings
  8. Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex organisational structures to ensure alignment and buy-in
  9. Mentor junior account executives and support the professional development of team members
  10. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices and emerging ESG communication standards to provide thought leadership
  11. Prepare and present compelling proposals, case studies and pitch materials to prospects and existing clients

Profile

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in account management, project management or corporate communications, preferably within an advertising or creative agency environment
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-value client accounts simultaneously
  3. Strong understanding of corporate communications strategy, brand positioning and integrated marketing campaigns
  4. Knowledge of ESG principles, sustainability reporting and corporate responsibility communications
  5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all organisational levels
  7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business
  8. Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  9. Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative and technical professionals
  10. Proficiency in project management tools
  11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  12. Experience with sustainability-focused brands or ESG communications is highly desirable
  13. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous
