➔ Description of the mission

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and lead the national sales and business development strategy for EV charging infrastructure.
Drive revenue growth and secure large-scale contracts across both public and private sectors.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, utilities, real estate developers, fleet operators, and other key stakeholders.
Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the Head of Sales & Partnership Development and broader sales team.
Oversee end-to-end business development processes including market assessment, feasibility studies, negotiations, regulatory approvals, and contract execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, legal, finance, and product) to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and policy developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
Represent V-Green at key industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
Prepare and deliver regular business performance reports and strategic insights to the CEO/Group Leadership.

➔ Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in sales leadership or business development roles, preferably in energy, infrastructure, mobility, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in launching or expanding new businesses and achieving revenue targets in Indonesia.
Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem, renewable energy, and/or infrastructure development.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or local dialects is an advantage.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
