Job Description

Primary - SEA

  • Support in creating and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing and communication strategy through high-impact integrated marketing campaigns/activities across Southeast Asia (7 countries, including Taiwan), both internal and external via an omnichannel approach with the different platforms available
  • Support SEA lead generation and management, with the stakeholders based on the targeted segments through integrated campaigns via marketing automation tools, CRM, etc.
  • Brand governance across all collaterals for Veolia based on guidelines in place 
  • Active engagement and collaboration with stakeholders for the development and implementation of initiatives via the different platforms/channels for the SEA business - win announcements, case studies, reference lists, business presentations, workshops, etc. 
  • Marketing lead for Distributor Management activities to drive growth and development of channel partners 
  • Coordinate partnerships and collaboration with trade-related associations/agencies to strengthen brand positioning - Chamber of Commerce, etc. 
  • Website management with updated content based on alignment with HQ and business needs for SEA - English and Chinese 

Management

  • Collaboration with cross-function stakeholders to develop value-added marketing and communication materials
  • Work and coordinate with peers on the market and offer initiatives/projects when relevant.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Alignment of all Health & Safety practices for marketing initiatives where relevant and applicable 
  • Compliance with business practices for Veolia with continuous improvement 

KPI

  • Successful implementation and follow-through of all the assigned initiatives and campaigns for the business
  • Delivery of projects from inception to completion based on requirements within the stipulated and agreed budget and timeframe
  • Stakeholder engagement (internal and external) to drive collaboration and best practices

Qualifications

Education

  • Marketing, Business Management, Communications 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (coverage of Taiwan)

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in B2B industrial marketing 
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experienced within the SEA market is preferred with an understanding of differing market dynamics and local needs
  • Skills and competencies in CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools, and basic design skills on designing platforms, are added advantages

COMPETENCIES EXPECTED

Technical 

  • Previous experience in integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, event management, content development, website portal management, digital marketing, social media, and printing/publishing
  • Good comprehension and writing skills to develop targeted content with a sound understanding of communication practices and processes.
