Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION (PURPOSE OF POSITION)
- Services include but are not limited to technical advice, system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing jobs related to service contracts. To provide service at customer sites, follow company & customer safety rules & requirement.
TASKS
Technical
- Adhere to VWT “Service Operations Golden Rules” as a basic code of practice.
- Plan and schedule all sites’ visits to ensure optimise transportation cost and productivity.
- Chemical replenishment and monitoring at sites.
- Ensure good housekeeping at every site after every visit.
- Respond to troubleshoot system abnormality, report & update superior on system abnormality.
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior / HOD as and when required
Management
- To submit and share all required reports timely to all relevant parties.
- To ensure sufficient tools and materials such as the chemicals, sampling bottles, test kits, etc for the smooth execution of the services are alway available when needed.
Safety
- Apply the VWT Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities
- Ensure all relevant RA and SWP for the activities are available before the commencement of the job.
Quality ●
- Apply the Quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
- Ensure all data and findings were clearly indicated in the reports and share to all relevant parties.
Qualifications
Education
- SPM / Diploma in Engineering
Others (License/Certificates)
- Driving license, Class 3
