VerdantFlow Consulting is recruiting practical, business-focused ESG trainers to deliver hands-on corporate training programmes.

What You Will Do

Deliver practical ESG, sustainability and sustainability reporting workshops.
Explain ESG clearly through real business examples, case studies and hands-on activities.
Teach participants how to prepare Sustainability Reports, from data collection and materiality assessment to disclosures and report writing.
Facilitate practical exercises on ESG risks and opportunities, stakeholder considerations, ESG initiatives, action plans and reporting preparation.
Customise training to the client’s industry and participant roles.

Profile

Requirements

Proven experience preparing, writing or reviewing Sustainability Reports for Malaysian companies in line with the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF), including ESG data, materiality assessment, governance, climate disclosures and report writing.
Knowledge of Bursa Malaysia sustainability reporting requirements, NSRF, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2.
Experience delivering corporate ESG, sustainability or sustainability reporting workshops.
GRI Certified Sustainability Professional or relevant ESG / sustainability reporting credentials are highly preferred.
Comfortable training in English; Mandarin-speaking trainers are highly welcomed.
HRD Corp Accredited Trainer status is an advantage.
