As an Empowerment Specialist, you will play a vital role in uplifting underprivileged high school and college scholars by coordinating programs, managing scholar support, and fostering donor relations. You’ll handle social media and website management, collaborate with volunteers, and ensure compliance with essential documentation. This dynamic role blends coordination, communication, and administration to create a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Coordination – Organize and oversee Life Lessons programs and exposure trips to enrich scholars’ learning and experiences.
· Scholar Support & Allowance Disbursement – Ensure timely and responsible management of financial assistance and scholar aid.
· Donor & Sponsor Relations – Collaborate with donors, sponsors, and legal partners to sustain and grow our programs.
· Volunteer & Team Collaboration – Work closely with volunteers and our team to maximize impact and support scholars.
· Social Media & Website Management – Share our mission with the world by creating engaging content and maintaining an active online presence.
