➔ Description of the mission

The Vietnam Association for Education for All (VAEFA) is recruiting for a full-time position based in Hanoi, starting March,1st 2026:

Finance and Human Resources Officer – Responsible for managing VAEFA’s finance and HR activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Vietnamese law.

➔ Profile

Requirements:

Relevant university degree and 2–3 years of experience in the respective fields (experience in NGOs or education/development projects is an advantage).
Good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Basic English skills; proficiency in Excel and office tools.
Commitment to VAEFA’s mission of promoting inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
