About Viktor & Sasha
At Viktor & Sasha, we believe the most sustainable clothes are the ones that already exist. Since 2021, we have been a pioneer in Singapore’s premium kidswear pre-loved market, giving a second life to designer kidswear.
We operate a hybrid model combining a growing e-commerce platform with curated retail collections in Tanglin Mall and i12 Katong. As we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we are looking for a versatile individual to help us power the circular fashion revolution in Asia.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a multi-talented, “street-smart,” and proactive Assistant to act as the founder’s right hand. This is a role for someone who wants to see the “behind the scenes” of a sustainable business and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—both physically and creatively. Whether you are a student looking for a meaningful internship or a junior professional seeking a flexible role, we are open to shaping this position around the right person.
Your Mission: 4 Pillars of Impact
As the founder’s right hand, you will play a key role in making circular fashion the first choice for families in Singapore. Your role is divided into four strategic areas:
1. The Curational Engine (Sourcing & Inventory)
- Gatekeeper of Quality: Manage the “drop-off” process from our community of sellers. You will inspect and curate incoming luxury pieces, ensuring they meet our strict boutique standards.
- Strategic Inventory: Photos,pricing, tagging, and organizing stock flow between our physical locations and our digital warehouse.
2. The Physical Stage (In-Store Merchandising)
- Boutique Excellence: Maintain the high-end visual standards of our racks at Tanglin Mall and i12 Katong.
- Visual Storytelling: Ensure the collections are beautifully presented, steamed, and organized to provide a premium shopping experience that challenges the stigma of “second-hand.”
3. The Digital Voice (E-commerce & Marketing)
- Omnichannel Growth: Manage online product uploads and website updates to ensure a seamless “click-to-brick” experience.
- Community Engagement: Create authentic content (Reels/Stories) on social media and design our weekly newsletters to inspire our community of eco-conscious parents.
4. The Innovation Hub (AI & Automation)
- Smart Workflows: Assist in implementing AI-driven tools (for copywriting or automated inventory triggers) to streamline our daily operations.
- Future-Proofing: Help build scalable processes that allow Viktor & Sasha to grow efficiently while maintaining a personal touch.
