The Executive Director provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Foundation in line with the vision set by the Board of Trustees. The role oversees program operations, administration, resource management, partnerships, advocacy, and organizational sustainability while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational planning of the Foundation
  • Oversee program operations, finance and administrative services, and organizational performance
  • Ensure compliance with DSWD, SEC, BIR, PCNC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Supervise senior managers and support staff development and performance management
  • Lead fundraising, partnership development, and resource mobilization initiatives
  • Represent the Foundation in external networks, advocacy activities, and stakeholder engagements
  • Oversee branding, communications, and public representation of the organization
  • Manage organizational risks, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Support advocacy initiatives for child welfare, development, and protection

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, MBA, or equivalent experience is an advantage
  • At least 20 years of development work experience, with 10 years working with children
  • Minimum of 10 years in a management or leadership role
  • Experience in strategic planning, fundraising, resource generation, and Board relations
  • Knowledgeable in case management, child welfare, and DSWD standards for child caring institutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, networking, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in English and Tagalog; knowledge of French is an advantage
