Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor hse programs across all work areas.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations on occupational health, safety, and environment.
  • Develop, review, and update safe work procedures (sop, wi, Safe Work Procedure).
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (hiradc/hirarc/jsa).
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Organize hse training sessions for operators and employees.
  • Supervise and monitor environmental aspects of company operations, including wwtp and hazardous waste (B3) management.
  • Prepare monthly hse reports and safety statistics.
  • Maintain and update hse documentation systematically.

Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HSE.
  • Proven experience in implementing HSE and environmental management systems.
  • Certified General ohs Expert (AK3U).
  • Certified in Fire Safety and First Aid Training.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Health,Safety, adn Environment and environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in Permit to Work and Incident Investigation.
  • Skilled in conducting audits, inspections, and Health, Safety, and Ennvironment data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and foster a strong safety culture within the organization.
